8. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RollXO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We provide services “as is” without warranties of any kind.

9. Termination & Suspension

We may terminate or suspend your access to services immediately if you violate these Terms or pose a risk to our platform. Termination does not relieve you of any obligations incurred prior to termination.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RollXO operates. Any disputes will be settled through arbitration in accordance with the rules applicable in that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date of the latest revision will be indicated at the top. Continued use of RollXO after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
